Wan An Jian Navy Wreck

Wan An Jian is a massive navy wreck covered in life and surrounded by schools of fish located off the east coast of Taiwan.

For those who are less experienced, there is plenty to take in on the exterior of the wreck. But for those who are more experienced, you can explore several open portions of the deck! It can be a challenging dive, but it’s well worth the effort!

Hazards

You’ll need to pay close attention to your depth, NDL allowance, and pressure. It’s easy to run low on air or go into emergency decompression if you’re not checking frequently. Stay close to your buddy to check on each other and share air if needed. Lights are highly recommended for safety and communication!

How To get there

While the Wan An Jian Dive Site is located HERE, we will board the dive boat at Aodi Fishing Harbor.

Driving is the easiest way to get there and parking is available.

There are busses that get there from both Keelung and Taipei, but the distance and time required makes it not worth it.
