PADI Discover Scuba Diving
Not sure if scuba diving is for you? Want to try it out before committing to the course? The PADI Discover Scuba Diving program with Fun Divers Tw is a quick and easy introduction into what it takes to explore the underwater world. Although this is not a scuba certification course, you'll learn a few basic skills towards becoming a PADI certified diver.
Overview
During the PADI Discover Scuba Diving (DSD) program you will get to go on a dive with one of Fun Divers Tw's PADI Instructors.
You learn the basic safety guidelines and skills needed to dive under the direct supervision of a PADI Professional. During the open water dive, you'll practice a few basic skills in shallow water to prepare for your adventure.
Get ready to:
Learn about the scuba equipment you will use to dive and how easy it is to move around underwater with your gear.
Breathe underwater for the first time.
Learn key skills that you'll use during every scuba dive.
Have Fun watching fish swimming around you.
Learn more about becoming a certified diver through the PADI Open Water Diver course.
Prerequisites
* 12 years old
* No prior experience with scuba diving is necessary, but you need to be in reasonable physical health.
* This is NOT a Certification Course, it is a chance to try Scuba Diving before committing to a certification course.
Time Frame
The PADI Discover Scuba Diving Program is a single open water dive (with an optional 2nd dive) at Bat Cave.
